How much space do I need for the golf simulator ?

To safely enjoy the simulator, you'll need enough room for the simulator setup as well as space to comfortably swing a golf club.
Minimum recommended space:
Ceiling height: 10ft
Width: 10ft
Depth: 16ft
Can the simulator be set up in my garage ?

Absolutely! A garage can be a great place for a Backyard Birdies setup, especially during the colder Wisconsin months. As long as your garage meets the required space dimensions and provides a safe, suitable area for swinging a club, you're good to go.
Can the simulator be set up indoors ?

Yes! The simulator can be set up inside a home, garage, event venue, or other suitable indoor space as long as there is enough room for the equipment and a safe golf swing.
If you're unsure about your space, send us your measurements and photos with your booking request.
Can the simulator be set up outside ?

Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor setups require a suitable, level area and safe weather conditions. Rain, snow, excessive wind, or other conditions that could damage the equipment or create an unsafe environment may prevent an outdoor setup.
What is included with my rental ?

Your rental includes the golf simulator equipment needed for your selected package, delivery, setup, and instructions on how to use the simulator. We'll make sure everything is ready to go before you start playing.

Do I need to know how to use a golf simulator ?

Nope! We'll set everything up and show you how to navigate the simulator before your rental begins.
For the Birdie and Eagle packages, the simulator is self-service after setup, so you and your guests can play at your own pace.
Do I need to provide golf clubs ?

If you have your own clubs, we recommend using them so you can play with the equipment you’re already comfortable with. But don’t worry if everyone doesn’t have clubs with them! For work events, parties at bars or venues, and other gatherings where guests aren't expected to bring their own, basic club sets are available to rent from Backyard Birdies.
How far do you travel ?

Backyard Birdies proudly serves Green Bay and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. Travel outside our standard service area may be available depending on location and may include an additional delivery fee.
What happens if there's bad weather ?

Wisconsin weather can be unpredictable! Outdoor setups are dependent on safe weather conditions. If weather could create an unsafe environment or risk damage to the equipment, we may need to adjust, relocate, reschedule, or cancel the setup in accordance with our weather and cancellation policy.
How do I book Backyard Birdies ?
